Norm is a bilingual, entrepreneurial former senior executive with a outstanding 30 year track record in the financial services sector. He has built and led high performance executive teams successfully in the insurance, investment and banking sectors. He has also built a thriving consulting practice specializing in the development and implementation of strategic plans for maximum market impact. A focus on leadership development leading to a fully engaged organization is a critical part of the success attained by his clients.

Norm's most recent experience in the corporate environment was as COO of Alterna Bank where he was COO until February of 2009. He also led the Retail Division of Maritime Life up to October of 2002 when he began his consulting practice. He is presently CEO of Norman Ayoub & Associates Inc. located in Ottawa Ontario.

Norm has been on numerous corporate and charitable boards of directors and chaired both mutual fund and insurance distribution boards in the past.
