As an outsourced Chief Investment Officer (CIO), we provide strategic wealth management advice to advisory firms, families and institutions.
The CIO is a fiduciary with legal duty and clear accountability to protect the assets of investors, advise them objectively about the realities of capital markets, and the inherent opportunities and risks of their various investment options.
In doing so, the CIO works with various financial professionals (legal, tax and investment), as required, to leverage their advice in designing a customized portfolio of equities, fixed income and cash – key drivers of risk and return.
The CIO is also responsible for the selection and oversight of the investment managers, although this is of secondary importance as the largest determinant of risk control and financial returns is the design of the portfolio.
Our role as CIO is to protect investors' capital, grow their wealth, and ensure they are able to fund their future liabilities.
