HighView Financial Group is not a traditional asset management consultant. As a licensed portfolio manager, HFG acts as an outsourced Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”) to each philanthropic client. We are, responsible for advising on strategic allocation of assets with a view to capital protection and wealth sustainability. In our view, this is significantly different than traditional asset consultants who typically focus only on the manager search and due diligence function - only one part of the overall role of the integrated asset management role.
